Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving industry standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Create governance policies for responsible AI deployment and monitoring
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics principles and regulatory compliance
- Research emerging ethical challenges in AI and propose proactive solutions
- Mentor junior team members on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical audiences
- Published work or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
