Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI deployment
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible innovation
- Produce regulatory compliance documentation for emerging tech standards
- Advocate for inclusive design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Monitor global AI ethics legislation and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD principles
- Experience with bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical/non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of quantum computing fundamentals and AI-quantum convergence
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Published work on algorithmic accountability or digital rights
