Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce ethical AI governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for production AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into development lifecycles
- Create AI ethics training programs and compliance documentation for global teams
- Represent the company at industry panels on responsible AI innovation
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Deep expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML model interpretability tools
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
