Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering teams on ethical AI principles
- Advise executive leadership on AI governance and risk mitigation strategies
- Author thought leadership papers on emerging ethical challenges in AI development
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape future AI legislation
- Mentor junior ethicists and build institutional ethics capacity
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias, fairness metrics, or value alignment
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for bias detection
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep understanding of existential risk mitigation in AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
