Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum AI

- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces during product development lifecycles
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or technology ethics
- Deep understanding of IEEE 7000-2022 and EU AI Act frameworks
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Published work on AI ethics or participation in ethics boards
- Proficiency in ethical impact assessment methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
