Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI models using advanced statistical methods
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to evaluate high-impact AI deployments
- Design ethical AI training programs for engineering teams and executive leadership
- Pioneer research in explainable AI and fairness metrics for next-generation systems
- Represent the company at international ethics forums and policy summits
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI legislation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Published research in top-tier ethics or AI journals
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
