Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Expertise in developing bias mitigation strategies for large-scale ML models
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or AI transparency mechanisms
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
