Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI-powered products serving 2026 use cases
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and legal teams
- Author industry white papers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies and standards organizations
- Design transparency mechanisms for complex neural networks and generative AI models
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in biometric AI and neuro-interfaces
- Advocate for inclusive design principles in human-AI collaboration systems
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulatory landscapes
- Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts into ethical guidelines
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in machine learning pipelines
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or philosophy of technology
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
