Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, self-improving neural architectures capable of handling complex, multi-modal inputs.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to translate theoretical AGI concepts into production-ready prototypes.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for inference speed and energy efficiency, specifically targeting next-gen hardware.
- Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cognitive scientists to bridge the gap between biological intelligence and artificial systems.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging breakthroughs in quantum computing and neuromorphic engineering.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience deploying models to cloud-native environments.
- Deep understanding of optimization techniques, distributed systems, and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
