Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable neural network infrastructures capable of supporting the demands of 2026-scale AI workloads.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on Agentic AI, autonomous decision-making loops, and multimodal reasoning.
- Optimize large-scale transformer models for inference speed and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics) to define technical roadmaps for future AI capabilities.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure safety, fairness, and reliability in AI deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in designing and deploying production-grade Machine Learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration technologies (CUDA, cuDNN).
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
