Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems (2026-2030 roadmap)
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder dialogues with policymakers, industry consortia, and civil society groups
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on AI governance for emerging applications
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI implementation practices
- Monitor global regulatory trends and advise on compliance strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in designing corporate AI governance frameworks
- Deep understanding of technical AI concepts (ML, NLP, computer vision) and limitations
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology domains
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
