Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead the R&D efforts for emerging AI paradigms, including predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Monitor system performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize algorithms for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-level machine learning models.
