Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI vision roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (quantum-enhanced ML, AGI frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment scenarios
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Forge industry partnerships with quantum computing labs and research institutions
- Author thought leadership pieces on AI's societal impact for Forbes/MIT Tech Review
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent experience with 10+ years in AI research
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and AGI architectures
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in Fortune 500 tech roadmaps
- Published author in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry authority
- Fluency in policy discussions around AI ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
