Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Cognitive Science with 7+ years of applied ML experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or AGI alignment strategies
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise AI systems with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
