Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 10+ years AI research experience
- Published author in top-tier AI journals (Nature AI, Science Robotics) with 50+ citations
- Proven track record of leading AI ethics initiatives at Fortune 500 companies or major labs
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or AGI safety
- Experience advising UN/WHO technology policy committees or similar global bodies
