Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-ready AI roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption in global markets
- Partner with VCs to incubate spin-off ventures targeting 2026-2030 markets
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ in strategic planning for emerging tech
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Experience leading teams through technological paradigm shifts
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Proficiency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ tech impact (patents, products, papers)
