Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging AI/ML trends and geopolitical factors shaping 2026 technological landscape
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption and opportunity identification
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future capabilities
- Produce comprehensive technology roadmaps with 18-24 month predictive horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI/ML strategy, product development, or research leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and neuro-symbolic systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with strategic planning in Fortune 500 or tech scale-up environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFSF)
