Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic decision-making
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling executive narratives and strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Proven track record developing predictive models for long-term trend analysis
- Deep expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile development environments
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong background in ethics and policy development for autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
