Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 8+ in AI/quantum leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier

- Deep expertise in generative AI and machine learning architectures
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit or equivalent)
