Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI frameworks for complex problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum algorithms
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Collaborate with MIT and ETH Zurich on quantum machine learning standards
- Secure $2M+ in NSF grants for experimental quantum-AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum computing applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published work in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and low-level quantum circuit optimization
