- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies including quantum AI and neuromorphic computing
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Author white papers on AI's societal impact published in Nature Futures and MIT Tech Review
- Prototype AI governance systems using blockchain-based audit trails
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Published research in top-tier journals on explainable AI or federated learning
- Experience with GPT-5-level model architecture and generative adversarial networks
- Certification in Futures Studies (from University of Houston or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating AI system implementations at enterprise scale
