Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants and government partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in advanced AI methodologies
- Present findings at global tech summits including NeurIPS and AI World Congress
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier ML conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding from NSF, DARPA, or similar institutions
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience leading distributed research teams across multiple time zones
