Responsibilities
- Lead development of self-optimizing neural architectures for 2026 Vision Initiative projects
- Design novel quantum-enhanced machine learning models for real-world applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise ecosystems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI)
- Mentor PhD researchers and drive open-source contributions to AI advancement
- Ensure ethical AI alignment through rigorous bias mitigation and transparency protocols
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years of experience in production-level AI model deployment
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex AI projects from concept to deployment
- Strong background in AI ethics, fairness, and responsible AI development
