Responsibilities
- Lead groundbreaking AI research in neural networks, quantum computing, and generative models
- Develop production-ready algorithms with 10x efficiency improvements over current industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy AI solutions at scale
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an environment of innovation
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from government and private entities
- Present findings at global forums including TED and World Economic Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature, Science, or NeurIPS
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to abstract complex systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed AI systems with measurable impact
