Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 3+ years at director level
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record scaling AI products to 7-figure revenue
- Expertise in transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML)
- Experience with quantum computing integration in AI pipelines
- Fluency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
