This hybrid role combines visionary leadership with hands-on technical oversight, reporting directly to our Chief Innovation Officer. You'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, neuro-symbolic AI researchers, and policy experts to build the infrastructure for tomorrow's intelligent systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs for adoption and impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying generative AI solutions across healthcare, logistics, and sustainability sectors
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and bias mitigation protocols
- Secure $10M+ in research funding through partnerships with NSF, DARPA, and industry consortia
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Drive innovation in explainable AI and human-AI co-design methodologies
- Mentor next-generation AI ethics officers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives across Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Experience with quantum computing and neuromorphic hardware integration
- Certification in Responsible AI from MIT or Stanford
- Strong public speaking record at global AI summits
