Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 global foresight strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs for emerging tech (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Establish predictive analytics frameworks for market disruption
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board of directors
- Build strategic partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Oversee the Future Intelligence Division (120+ specialists)
- Drive corporate venturing in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience scaling teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence
