Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term technology vision and roadmap for the organization.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) into core products.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable enterprise systems.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business goals.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology strategies.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and its business applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers and product managers.
