The Role:
As our Chief Visionary Officer, you will not just predict trends; you will create them. You will lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts to deliver a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Masterplan.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the development and execution of the company's 2026 Strategic Masterplan, identifying high-impact opportunities and potential disruptions.
- R&D Leadership: Direct research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies that will define the post-2025 landscape.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex visionary concepts to the Board of Directors and global stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Culture Shaping: Establish a forward-thinking organizational culture that embraces agility, innovation, and long-term thinking.
- Market Positioning: Define the brand narrative for 2026, ensuring market leadership and relevance.
- Partnership Building: Forge strategic alliances with leading tech think tanks and futurist organizations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in executive leadership, strategy, or futurism roles, with a proven track record of leading organizational transformation.
- Education: MBA or Master’s in Strategic Studies, Futurism, or a related field preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to synthesize vast amounts of data to predict future market shifts and consumer behaviors.
- Communication: Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills, capable of inspiring diverse audiences.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Automation, etc.).
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams.
