- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation labs across global offices
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitor innovation ecosystems
- Present findings to board members with data-backed future projections
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ at director/VP level
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough products to $100M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies
- Certified in Lean Innovation and Design Thinking frameworks
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in innovation management
- Proficiency in innovation metrics (TRL, NPV, innovation pipeline velocity)
