Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in processing customer orders and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
- Update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and suggest solutions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.
- Monitor feedback channels to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman or Sophomore year preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings, up to 25 hours per week.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the logistics industry.
