Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night operations.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate product information.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Graduating Summer/Fall).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
