- Learn and utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare reports and summaries of common customer issues to help improve our processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both digital and physical.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a recent graduate.
- Eager to learn and develop professional skills in a corporate setting.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, internet navigation).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable transportation to our Virginia Beach office.
