Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and visual merchandising displays.
- Support local marketing events and promotional activities to drive store traffic.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or a recent graduate.
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate a cash register.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
