Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience during weekend peak hours.
- Operations Support: Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain high standards of presentation.
- Event Coordination: Support the setup and breakdown of weekend promotional events and sales floor activations.
- Data Entry: Accurately process sales transactions and maintain digital records of inventory and customer feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekend staff to ensure operational efficiency and a cohesive team environment.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent San Diego Tech Ventures as a brand ambassador, adhering to all company policies and dress codes.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship (JuneāAugust).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Technology: Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Location: Must reside in or near San Diego, CA.
