- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budget allocation
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Exceptional strategic planning and future forecasting abilities
- Experience scaling tech teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
