Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Advanced AI, into core products.
- Oversee the R&D division to ensure breakthrough innovations in predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of futuristic thinking and rapid prototyping.
- Identify and assess potential acquisition targets in the advanced tech space.
- Present quarterly roadmaps to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Technology sector.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain.
- Proven track record of leading high-growth startups or major digital transformations.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with a demonstrated ability to forecast market trends.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical executives.
