Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in designing, coding, and testing software applications under close supervision.
- Perform code reviews and debug existing codebases to ensure high quality and performance.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and sales staff.
- Document technical processes, user stories, and system requirements clearly and concisely.
- Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote or hybrid work.
