Responsibilities
- Assist the IT support team with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for internal employees.
- Monitor system performance and logs to identify potential security or performance anomalies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering technical inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company hardware and peripherals.
- Update and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and asset inventories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the deployment of new software applications.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a strong desire to enter the tech industry.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
