Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the development team with debugging, code review, and testing web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Marketing Research: Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to support our digital marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Help create engaging content for social platforms and manage community engagement.
- Project Coordination: Support project managers in scheduling, documentation, and coordinating internal team meetings.
- User Testing: Participate in usability testing sessions and provide valuable feedback to improve our products.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Field of Study: Preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Skills: Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS) or digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening events.
