Responsibilities

- Optimize database performance and design efficient data schemas for PostgreSQL and MongoDB to ensure data integrity and speed.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and elegant code solutions.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements and implement automated testing strategies to enhance deployment reliability and speed.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment on AWS or Azure.
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to debug complex issues and optimize application performance under load.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
