Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for AI systems specifically targeting deployment and optimization by the year 2026.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, ensuring our technology remains ahead of the curve.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural networks and machine learning pipelines capable of handling real-time global data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of world-class engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define long-term product roadmaps and translate them into technical execution plans.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing technical debt.
- Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid prototyping.
