Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Strategically plan and execute the long-term technical vision for AI and quantum integration.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance AI models capable of handling next-gen computational loads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, ensuring Quantum Horizon Labs remains ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with data scientists, quantum engineers, and product managers to translate complex concepts into viable solutions.
- Ensure Ethical AI Standards: Establish and enforce frameworks for responsible AI development and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in advanced AI or machine learning architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technical transformations and mentor senior engineering teams.
