Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Analyze global market shifts and competitor landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and industry partners
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI against strategic goals
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI)
