Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term corporate vision and market disruption forecasts

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive threats
- Partner with R&D teams to translate strategic insights into tangible product/service concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or relevant field
- Proven track record of implementing successful long-term innovation initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market applications
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies preferred
