Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and market disruptions to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-generation technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
- Monitor KPIs for innovation ROI and adapt strategies based on emerging market feedback
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
