Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that align with our long-term vision for 2026 and the future.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the development of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Build cloud-native solutions using AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and low latency for real-time AI processing.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and protocols to ensure AI fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Cross-Functional Innovation: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into technical AI strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, reducing inference costs and improving accuracy.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep Learning Expertise: Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Programming Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with a strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think critically about the future of AI and how it applies to business solutions.
- Cloud Architecture: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
