- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with cutting-edge startups and research institutions to integrate breakthrough technologies.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and futuristic thinking.
- Risk Management: Assess technological risks associated with emerging trends and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for investors and board members.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership, with a proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies.
- Emerging Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of technologies expected to mature by 2026, including AI, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate uncertainty in rapidly evolving environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
