- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with global impact
- Mentor junior futurists and build strategic foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AGI, Web3, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills (Python/R/Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in tech/future strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
