- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future strategies with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and scenario-planning workshops
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and board members
- Monitor KPIs for future-readiness and adjust strategies based on real-time data
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Sustainability, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and long-term forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Futures preferred
